What types of shoes do you clean?+

We clean all types: sneakers, running shoes, dress shoes, boots, sandals, and luxury footwear. We handle Nike, Jordan, Adidas, New Balance, Yeezy, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and every brand in between.

How long does cleaning take?+

Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Express 24-hour service is available for an additional $15 per pair. We'll text you when your kicks are ready for pickup.

Can you fix yellowed soles?+

Yes! Our sole whitening treatment reverses oxidation and yellowing. Results depend on the severity — mild yellowing comes out 90-100%, heavy oxidation improves 60-80%. We'll assess and set expectations upfront.

What about suede and nubuck shoes?+

Absolutely! We specialize in delicate materials. Suede and nubuck require specific techniques and products. We clean, restore nap texture, and apply protective coating to keep them looking fresh longer.

Do you remove creases?+

We can reduce creasing significantly through our de-creasing service (available with Full Restoration). We use professional shoe trees and heat treatment. Deep toe-box creases won't fully disappear but will improve noticeably.

How does the Buy 2 Get 1 FREE work?+

Bring in 3 pairs at once. The cheapest service is free. For example: 2 Deep Cleans ($55 each) + 1 Basic Clean ($35) = you pay $110 instead of $145. You save $35! Works with any combination.

Do you offer pickup service?+

Yes! We offer free pickup and delivery in the Orlando metro area for orders of 3+ pairs. For 1-2 pairs, drop-off is available at our location. Text us to schedule a convenient time.

What if a stain doesn't come out?+

We're upfront about what we can and can't do. Some stains (permanent dye, chemical burns) may not fully remove. We'll assess your shoes before starting and let you know what to expect. If we can't improve it, we won't charge for that treatment.
